Hi, I’m Haylee

I am a qualified Chef with over 15 years experience working in the hospitality industry. I am based in western NSW and have had this wonderful little side business since 2012.

Food has this special ability to bring people together and over the years I have fallen in love with catering for large events and functions. I approach all my catering events with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, and as such I offer a completely custom catering service.

Classique Catering is proudly family owned and operated, I often have my Husband & Son in tow, closely followed by my Mum, Dad and Sister.
