Catering

My main service is catering for large functions or events – either at a function venue or on location, where ever you may need me. I have a completely mobile food trailer so I can travel to any location.

Equipment Hire

Classique Catering now offers equipment hire. This ranges from large cooking equipment to plates, cutlery and napkins. Head over to the Equipment Hire Tab for pictures and a full description.

Labour Hire

I have found from time to time most hospitality establishments get short staffed and require a trained Chef. If that sounds like you I am available for Labour Hire to purely provide you with a no hassle, fully trained, temporary employee. Alternatively if you are hosting a party or function and would like someone to take care of the cooking and cleaning up, look no further and get in contact!

Business Consultancy

Need help developing a Menu? Creating accurate costing analysis? Or perhaps you need some staff training implemented? Classique Catering offers a custom business consultancy service that can help you streamline efficiency and most of all improve your business outcomes.
